| What's New? ANNOUNCEMENTS There are open slots or make your reservation to participate in the water aerobics program 10 am - 11 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please contact administration to sign up! Stop Signs are going up throughout the community in an effort to save lives. Please obey speed limits and traffic signs. Administration Extended Hours Schedule: Wednesday the Administration office is closed, but available for walk-in service and will be open from 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm for complete service (phones&walk-in's too), effective July 7, 2010 until further notice. How To File A Complaint About Aqua Virginia Rate Increase A requirement before contacting the State Corporation Commission is to have contacted Aqua Virginia about your water and sewer concerns. Their address is: AquaVirginia 2414 Grant Ridge Drive Rockville, Va, 23146 Attention: Luther Gorley Filing A Complaint with the State Corporation Comission: 1. Go to the SCC Home Page at: www.scc.virginia.gov 2. Click on the drop box in link on right corner - Select - Water/Sewer Service 3. Click on go -- this take you to Division of Energy Regulation 4. On left side select About Water 5. Select filing a complaint - In body of instructions about half way down you will find "to submit a complaint electronically". 6. Select -- Water/Sewer Complaint - Fill in all pertinent (*) information 7. Drop down -- complaint type -- select case comments 8. The Comments MUST include Case PUE-2009-00059 9. The second area asks if you contacted Aqua Virginia and you must respond to this. 10. POOL SCHEDULE Open Memorial Day Weekend Thru Labor Day Weekend Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend 12Noon-8PM Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The pool will be open weekends only until school is out for the summer, then 12Noon-8PM daily. Remember, to enter the pool you must have your membership pass. NOTICES Budget 2010-2011 Dues: $60 Operating Assessment: $668 Capital Assessment: $142 Total: $870 Dues and assessment year begins April 1, 2010. Payment may be made in the Administration Office, by phone or through the mail. There is a $10.00 fee if payment is made by credit card to accommodate the rising bank fees for this service. Discover and American Express are not accepted. Current vehicle registrations will be required regardless of when previously submitted. (Rules and Regulations, page 5, 1. Vehicle Decals: All registrations are to be submitted at the beginning of each fiscal year regardless of when previously submitted) An updated Status Form must also be submitted with payment to enable the correct disbursement of amenity passes.
