How To File A Complaint About Aqua Virginia Rate Increase

A requirement before contacting the State Corporation Commission is to have contacted Aqua Virginia about your water and sewer concerns. Their address is:

Filing A Complaint with the State Corporation Comission:

1. Go to the SCC Home Page at: www.scc.virginia.gov  

2. Click on the drop box in link on right corner - Select - Water/Sewer Service

3. Click on go -- this take you to Division of Energy Regulation

4. On left side select About Water

5. Select filing a complaint - In body of instructions about half way down you will find "to submit a complaint electronically".

6. Select -- Water/Sewer Complaint - Fill in all pertinent (*) information

7. Drop down -- complaint type -- select case comments

8. The Comments MUST  include Case PUE-2009-00059

9. The second area asks if you contacted Aqua Virginia and you must respond to this.

10. Once completed -- click submit

50 PLUS CLUB

All LLO residents over 50 are invited to join our social events the fourth Thursday of each month. Check the gate board for event notices. Officers for 2010:

POOL SCHEDULE

Open Memorial Day Weekend Thru Labor Day Weekend

Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend 12Noon-8PM Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

The  pool will be open weekends only until school is out for the summer, then 12Noon-8PM daily.

Remember, to enter the pool you must have your membership pass.

Board Meeting Schedule

Open Board Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m., with work sessions as needed, at the Land Or' Clubhouse.

Dues and assessment year begins April 1, 2010.
