Governing Documents Most of our documents are available in two versions: HTML or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). HTML is fast and easy for online viewing, but doesn't always print well. Adobe Acrobat PDF is a good alternative if you want to view and print the publications exactly as they were composed, presented, and approved. LLPOA is both enabled and restricted by two primary Virginia State Code sections: the Non-stock Corporation Act (Virginia Code Title 13.1 Chapter 10) and the Property Owner's Association Act (Virginia Code Title 55 Chapter 26). Organizations In accordance with our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, we are governed by a Board of Directors. They are elected at the Annual Meeting of the Members each April. Directors serve for three or less years with overlapping, staggered term expirations to allow for continuity of government. Click the link above for the current Board of Directors membership. Day-to-day operations are managed by a salaried General Manager, who is supported by Administrative and Maintenance staffs. Click the link above for contacts and phone numbers.
