To use an Association form, follow the process below.   Once you complete the form, return it to the Administration office for processing.  Please do not drop it off at either of the Security offices.

  • Click on the form title to open it in Adobe Reader
  • Print the form from Adobe Reader
  • Complete and return to Administration
    • Fax - (804) 448-3725
    • Mail - 319 Land'Or Drive, Ruther Glen, VA 22546
    • Drop off during business hours
    • Drop in mail slot after business hours

Purpose

Statement of Concern

The Statement of Concern  is used to report a violation of the Rules and Regulations or a general concern by a Member of the Association regarding an issue in the Association

Gate Log

The Gate Log is used by Members to register guests they authorize access to the community on a recurring basis.

Building Permit Application

This form is used by the Member to request a Building Permit to be issued for specified construction projects within the community.  Please refer to the Building Rules and Regulations that request a permit by the community as well as the county.

Request for Disclosure Package

This form is used to request a sellers Disclosure Package from the Administration office.

Owner/Tenant Status Form

This form is used to update an owners' or a tenants' current information such as address, phone number, the people residing at the address, etc.
