Welcome to the Lake Land'Or Property Owners Association (LLPOA)
Home Page
Lake Land'Or is a picturesque community designed for quiet country living.
Nestled in the gently rolling hills of central Virginia, Lake Land'Or encompasses nearly 2000 acres of mixed woodlands accessed by 32 miles of paved roads connecting residents with the many recreational facilities in the community.
Residents and guests enjoy the use of the pools, club houses, pavilions, campgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, beaches, play grounds, skeet, and archery facilities.
There are 16 lakes and ponds located throughout Lake Land'Or, ranging from the small quiet "Walden-like" ponds to the main lake shown here.
Our lakes serve boaters, skiers, and fisherman for all types of water recreation.
Lake Land'Or is a controlled access community with a professional crew of employees, including complete administrative and maintenance services, as well as an excellent security force.
Activities for all ages are planned and coordinated by volunteer committees throughout the year.
We are a recreational community of both young families who want to raise their children in a quiet rural setting and
active retirees who want to enjoy the great outdoors. Lake Land'Or is located along I-95 just 70 miles south of Washington D.C. and
20 miles from Fredericksburg. Looking to the south are Kings Dominion, only 8 miles away, and Richmond,
the state capitol, only 40 miles down I-95. The community is 2 miles west of Ladysmith, Virginia
near exit 110 on I-95. Come Join us at Lake Land'Or and enjoy quiet country living throughout the four seasons. Photos courtesy of lake resident Carol Campbell For Further information about this wonderful community call us at
